Questions clients ask before the first artboard

Two to three genuinely divergent strategic directions — not six variations of one idea padded out to look like choice. Each concept arrives with its reasoning attached, because a logo you can't defend in a boardroom is a logo you'll be redesigning in two years.

Typically 4–8 weeks depending on scope and how quickly decisions get made on your side. Strategy and interrogation take the first 1–2 weeks — and that phase is non-negotiable, because it's the difference between design and decoration.

Often, yes. A brand refresh — keeping the recognizable core while rebuilding the system around it — is frequently smarter than a full rebrand, especially if you have market recognition to protect. The audit tells us which path protects more value, and we'll recommend the cheaper one if it's the right one.
